Pega partnered with Fern as its new general contractor to introduce creative and operational enhancements across the event. Fern redesigned turnkey booths, upgraded meeting spaces, enhanced branding, and introduced new custom environments with custom LED lighting to highlight key learning areas throughout the event’s Innovation Hub. The team also streamlined graphic installation and delivered custom meeting rooms for private conversations, and resolved noise challenges from previous years. In addition, Fern managed labor planning, installation, and onsite execution for the event.
